This is one of the tracks we never released, named Battles. This recording was made live at our concert at Palau de la Música, in Barcelona, 2012, our first gig with Jordi Matas and Marcel·lí Bayer together on stage.

We gave illusion to our enemies. I insisted about empty glasses of wine. You kept cocks and daisies and war turned into a list without nails and pies. Everybody left the city. That grandfather stood by my side.

Those who were perfect understood. Your delights sold our last whale and all the traffic lights. I became a famous builder. You never abandoned our sofa. We were embraced by destroyers and seatbelts. Telephone was ringing while they robbed every underpant.

Are you violence beneath the gun or
are you just a failed attempt of silence?

It was free to swim along our hair. Even prisoners took acid each day an hour. Fainted kids in the middle of emptiness with their soaked eyes immersed in sweetest dreams. I banned windows and stairs. To ride a horse was your first excuse. They were looking at their own spots. I smelled my sleeves again and again.
